    We begin by grounding and creating a calm and nourishing environment for your session. Expect a beautiful meditation that takes us on a journey back to ourselves. Then, we explore what’s currently alive within you—your thoughts, feelings, blocks, and desires. Together, we’ll uncover where you feel stuck or numb and what’s quietly calling for your attention beneath the surface.

  • Alignment

    Next, we reconnect you to the core anchors of presence, pleasure, and power. Through reflective conversation and gentle reframing, you’ll rediscover what truly makes you feel alive, joyful, empowered, and awakened. This phase is all about realigning with your authentic self and clarifying what you want to feel, embody, and experience.

  • Awakening

    Finally, we co-create a personalized, actionable plan rooted in your deeper “why.” You’ll walk away with clear, tangible next steps designed to ignite momentum and help you step fully into your next chapter with confidence and joy. AWAKENED. We close the session with a meaningful ritual to integrate your new insights and seal your intentions.
